These guys are amazing! I am petrified of dentists, well I was, so much so that until I found Faith, I hadn’t been to 10 years! Then out of desperation I luckily came across Northwick Manor. Sarah put my mind at ease, and booked me in. Oh I cried in the chair! They were kind and patient, and reassured me that they wouldn’t do anything that I wasn’t comfortable with, and that was just the hygienist lol! Well in the past year I have had a filling replacement, a root canal and a crown. My teeth are looking fantastic and I am booking in for an inplant. My fear hasn’t totally gone and my jaw quivers still, but my trust and confidence in this amazing team is total. Thank you all! I can smile again.

When my previous dentist sadly passed away i was really worried which dentist to use has i get really nervous. After a while i needed to find one in emergency so i rang this one. i had no problem getting an appointment. All the staff are very friendly and professional the treatment is fantastic. I know i couldnot get a better dentist then this one they really care for you well.

I can only say my visit to this dental practice was a positive experience. Firstly I was greeted very warmly by Sarah the receptionist which gave a very good first impression. The relaxed atmosphere continued on after I was ushered into the surgery by Faith who displayed a very gentle and caring approach. I received a very extensive examination of my teeth and gums, x-rays included. She explained everything very carefully in an easy to understand way. The scale and polish was helped made relaxing by Sam, the dental nurse, who carefully manoeuvred the suction tube in a such an effective way that it barely felt like there was any water in the mouth, and not once feeling like it was being jammed down my throat or making me gag. Thank you guys, keep it up!

We have recently moved from Birmingham to Worcester and needed to find a new Dentist. After some reasearch we chose Northwick Manor. It was definately a good choice as our first experience of treatment from Faith has been excellent for both my wife and myself. Faith took time to explain what was required and made the proceedure, relaxed and comfortable. The practice has very modern equipment . I particularily like the camera she has to show you a photograph of your teeth.

I always have a really good experience at Northwick Manor Dental Practice. With an excellent standard of care and service from both Paul and Faith. The staff are really professional, friendly and welcoming making me feel completely at ease. It is easy to get to and the location is great. I would have no hesitation in recommending this practice as the service is always first class.

Really lovely people at the practice. They know what they are doing, they care about you and they care about getting it right. Faith and Paul are stars. If it were possible to enjoy going to the dentist it would be here!

Let me start by saying I am an American, spoiled by private dental practices my entire life, and I have experienced quite a few disappointing practices since my
Move to the UK. But, this is by far is the BEST one I have been to since moving to the UK 4 years ago. The receptionist Sarah was lovely and warm. The Dentist I had was named Faith and she was very good! She seemed to know her stuff, was quick, thorough, gave my mouth plenty of short rests so it wasn’t too burdensome or uncomfortable. Along with ex-rays that were nice and crisp, she also took plenty of zoomed in photos of my teeth, which was very helpful for me to see. It was a pleasant experience and would recommend this practice to anyone who’s looking!

I attended the first of my two visits to the practice on Wednesday morning.
Sarah greeted me with the same happy , enthusiastic manner, as per our telephone conversation, to arrange my appointment.My initial consultation with Faith was excellently conducted, with an on going commentary to her assistant Jess, as to her findings.I was very impressed with the standard of care taken to ensure my comfort and the manner in which Faith kept me fully informed throughout .
I arranged to return later the same day to visit the hygienist.

As agreed i returned a few hours later, to be greeted by Faith, with the kind offer of a hot drink of my choice
I was shown upstairs to a very comfortable waiting area, followed shortly afterwards by Faith, with my coffee.
After a short wait i was seen by the hygienist, who was equally thorough and informative.

Overall i was extremely impressed with practice and all the staff i met

I am half way through my tooth whitening procedure at Northwick Dental practice. I am delighted with the results so far. As a mature lady my teeth had become grey and stained.
As a Pilates instructor I need to look healthy and be confident when I’m teaching my students. I need to have a great smile. This treatment is very effective and worth every penny. I would highly recommend everyone over the age of 40 years of age having it done.
The team are all highly professional but non-intimidating. Everyone is treated with warmth and friendliness. I actually really enjoy going to the dentist…!

I can’t recommend the practice highly enough. The staff are all lovely & Sarah, the receptionist, is most welcoming. The treatment I’ve received has been brilliant & I have every faith in Paul’s expertise.

Great practice,very friendly staff..As a new patient I had a full dental health check with Sarah, to discover I needed a filling,to my surprise this was done there and then, I was delighted. They also specialise in Invisalign which I have always thought about to straighten my teeth, having spoke about it in more detail, I now feel really comfortable to proceed . Thanks guys 🙂

I visited this dental practice for the first time this morning and was so impressed I am writing my first ever “review”as a result!
FIrst I had a few minutes chat with a lovely receptionist called Sarah. This in itself was unusual as all my previous dental experiences I have always been greeted with nothing more than “take a seat” or “the dentist is running late so there may be quite a wait” .
I then went upstairs and saw the dentist (Rag) on time. Hey things got even better. A friendly dentist with a warm smile and an obvious sense of humour! I had a tooth drilled and a filling replaced and I can honestly say it was the best experience of dental treatment I have had in a very long time. It didn’t hurt in the slightest….even the injection was only “uncomfortable” and since returning home and the numbness wearing off the tooth feels great! What happened to the post filling jaw and face ache? The rough edges to the filling that catch on the tongue? Oh and to “cap it all” …(sorry couldn’t resist that one!) when I went to pay I was actually charged less than originally quoted because the time taken was less than anticipated!
I would have no hesitation in recommending this practice ….try it yourself and see
