New Patients
Our friendly team are always happy to welcome new patients to Northwick Manor. We offer a wide range of high-quality routine and cosmetic dental treatments, a choice of payment options and flexible opening times.
New patients often like to come in for a chat and a cup of tea or coffee with Jemma our treatment coordinator. This helps us to understand exactly any goals and concerns that you may have so that we can tailor your dental care to you as an individual. At your initial appointment, your dentist will examine your oral health including x-rays and photographs which we are able to fully explain to you.
We understand that many people are anxious seeing a dentist, we pride ourselves on making nervous patients welcome and at ease. We are pleased that we have received a lot of positive feedback from people who were initially nervous but have become longstanding patients.
Jemma will then be your point of contact for any queries or concerns you may have about your future treatments. Jemma’s role is to help people decide on treatment options, to schedule appointments and helping patients with finance and administration. She will ensure your experience at the practice is stress-free.
If you haven’t been to the dentist in a while or are embarrassed about coming in, we can ensure you will leave us feeling completely comfortable and at ease in our care.
